Business Development Officer

Dolma Consulting is the advisory arm of Dolma Group. We work with Banking and   Financial Institutions, Corporates, and Development partners in Nepal to prepare their institutions and projects for access to international capital. Building on Dolma's track record in attracting private and public institutional FDI in Nepal; our banking and financial specialists offer a full suite of services to improve governance, compliance, recovery, sale of NBA and performance to raise equity, debt, blended finance to achieve their goals.

We are looking for a Business Development Officer who is enthusiastic about identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to strategic partnerships that support our mission. 50% of the works of the BDO will be field work within the valley.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with banks/FIs to visit the NBA properties, record, identify potential buyers and make arrangement of properties visits with the potential buyers.

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of business development strategies.

  • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and other documentation for potential clients and stakeholders.

  • Track and analyze market trends to inform sales and partnership strategies.

  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions of conversation/site visits using excel/google sheet or CRM tools.

  • Post list of the properties with details in Hamrobazar.com with attractive titles with the consent of the bank and review comment of the viewer and respond appropriately.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to identify and pursue business opportunities with a strategic mindset.

  • Valid two wheeler license (at least 6 month experience of riding of the bike.)

  • Experience with CRM software, google suite and digital marketing platforms is a plus.

  • Familiarity with IT services, google sheet, word, Photoshop, or digital marketing/consulting will be an advantage.

  • A proactive, self-driven approach to work with excellent time management.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Secretarial tasks such as calling and responding to the customers, filing and record keeping 

  • Strong attitude to learn and grow.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a business development, sales, or client relationship role preferred.

  • Ownership of a two wheeler.

  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for tech and business growth are encouraged to apply.
